All Photo Shoot session fee’s are ( Per Family Only with Any “Special Offer” / Discount )

Any added Family(s) / Person in your scheduled photo shoot session has a required fee per Family each ONE HOUR and is issued a photo CD with Copyrights.

This also includes Fee’s Per Family / Person when grouping multiple family’s with in the same Photo Shoot Hour.

No added fee’s for grandparent in any added photo session.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

Yor Image Photography / Kim Tovar is unable to Honor any Special Event Cancelation(s) due to all details below:

* All Reserved Booking’s / Scheduled Weddings or Large Special Events have a NO Refund Policy Due To Any Customer: Cancellation, Change of Date, Rescheduled or Postpone dates

* * In the event of any Cancelation date(s) Yor Image Photography / Kim Tovar may possibly Honor a photo credit based on current situation OR a ( NO Photo Credit )

* * There is ( Strictly NO ) photographing in the (Rain / Lightning / Thunderstorms) Client is to prepare a back up plan / move event indoors *

Photo’s, Cd’s:
**All Cd’s & Photo Prints from photo shoots are mailed to the address you request

**When should I expect to receive my scheduled photo session Cd or Prints???

1 hour photo sessions that only purchased a (“Cd”) will expect to receive Cd in 14 days OR less when photo shoot is (not) a large Event.

1 hour photo shoots that (are) large Event’s can take up to 14 days OR less.

Prints: Can take up to 28 days depending on size of portraits you will be needing. Photo shoots 3 hours or more such as Weddings & Large Events: Expect to receive all material with in 30 days.
** Additional photo Cd’s can be purchased for $6.00 each **

Locations:
**Many out door locations offered at no charge to fit your photo memory needs, please keep in mind some out door properties do charge a property use fee…..

**All locations (local) have no driving fee (within a 20 minute driving distance)…….

“All other out side locations require a $20.00 start out driving fee depending on location”

Payment Plans:
**Payment plans available with minimum packages $300.00 and up
